We rescued our dog and was given advice to consider pet insurance. We looked around online and without a lot of knowledge,secured coverage through an online company. Then we established with a local veterinary clinic and in the welcome packet, they included ASPCA information. We reviewed and quickly realized ASPCA had better coverage than what we had previously purchased. We have had very good servicing with ASPCA through claims submission and payments. As well as the attentiveness of the agents each time we call with questions. They also are very caring and place follow-up calls. Definitely recommend ASPCA for pet insurance needs. A great company so far for us.

The Emergency Veternarian Hospital emailed my claim to Embrace. I was notified that it had been received, and approximately how long it would take to process. I was notified again at the time of approval and when I would receive a check. It was a fairly easy process, thanks Embrace!! I'm happy I decided of an Embrace Policy!

I got pet insurance because my dog seemed to have random things going on like a grass seed in his ear or a funky tooth. Four months later he was diagnosed with a mast cell cancerous mast in his eye, at the age of 4. I was terrified I would lose my very happy and chunky dog so I agreed to do the chemo, whether it would be covered by insurance or not. Not ONLY is the chemo therapy entirely covered by embrace, but they quickly and efficiently work on any claims to get the money back to me within a week. They covered his special vet dog food that I use in the wellness plan and have a fantastic team that respond to email questions quickly. I cannot say a bad thing about this company and on TOP of all that they offer a discount for military members, which helps me even further.

I filled out my claim form which was simple and easy and I received my payment within 10 days direct deposit to my bank account which was awesome

Everything is a preexisting condition because your pet is breathing. This company is a joke and doesn't cover anything. Save your money. Do the math: their premiums and deductibles are so ridiculous it's cheaper to pay cash.

So disappointed in this insurance. Vet has sent information to PetsBest numerous times and still they won't accept my claim. Nothing gets done unless I call and ask the status. They even cancelled a claim because they never received the paperwork (after it was sent multiple ways to them) - they gave me a special fax number that they promised they would receive it on, and claim they never received it! I am tired of following up and requesting info. They even had the nerve to ask me to call my vet again -- I told them to call themselves, I was DONE! My vet said they have multiple clients with the same issue with this specific insurance.

Kelcie was very pleasant and helpful. My low rating is not related to this incident, but simply due to my perception that customer service is no longer as outstanding as it was. Claims are no longer processed at the speed they once were, I find this disappointing and used to whole heartedly recommend Trupanion. I hope this improves.
