Not happy but not giving up yet!
I followed the directions on the claim form but was constantly getting emails asking for more information. Zach is a rescue dog and I provided everything I had. After some time passed I called and explained everything. It turned out Embrace needed the vet notes for the orthopedic exam the was done last July. If they had mentioned that when I applied and was approved, I would have supplied it. It took numerous phone calls and emails to straighten this out. I was stunned at how fast they let me know I wasn't covered for something I submitted yet it has taken 4 months to let me know about the eye problem. If this had been a terrible illness, the stress of dealing with embrace would not have been worth it. My policy expires in July - I will be doing more research before renewing it. I am hoping this was a one off!

OK but slow in paying
ASPCA insurance staff are very helpful and caring. Unfortunately, it takes a very long time to process a claim (over a month).

A Company That Follows Up
I have two pets insured with ASPCA Pet Insurance. When a claim is submitted, whether by email or by fax, I always receive a phone message or an email stating the claim was received. When payment is made, I receive another phone message stating the claim was paid and reimbursement is on the way. What more can one ask for from a company. Great follow-up, timely reimbursements and the knowledge that my some of the monies spent in vet fees when my pets have an accident, will be returned to me. Everyone is so cordial on the phone and so very helpful. My hat goes off to the person that trains the customer service personnel.

Efficient and Honest
This was my first experience with pet insurance, and I am so pleased that I had it. My dog had a large claim. Embrace did not question any expense and paid quickly.

Embrace is grerat!
I've been with embrace for two years now, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The customer service is perfect, reimbursements are timely and accurate and the monthly autodraft makes making monthly payments easy.

Peace of Mind
I am a use customer to Embrace. I had previously been a cusotmer of VPI which is another pet insurance. I have found Embrace to be a much better company for a few reasons: 1)better coverage at a lower price 2)response time from a representative has been awesome 3) reimbursement checks are prompt 4)follow-up from a representative is quick. Knowing my pet, Roxy, is covered by Embrace is peace of mind.

Great everything!
I have received the maximum allowed reimbursement on every claim I have submitted. When there was a question or additional paperwork needed, the customer service reps were very professional and courteous and took the lead in doing whatever they could to help the process. Email communication is awesome. Reimbursements are speedy. I highly recommend Embrace to any pet owner!!!!

Best Decision We Ever Made
Our dog Ruby is getting older, almost 9 years old. When she was 3 she had a surgery to save her life and the cost was enormous, $3,000. Since then I have heard about pet insurance but never looked into it further. Then she became ill before the holidays last year. Blood tests, IV, and an overnight stay for fluids cost another $1,200 and we weren't done. She needed an ultrasound yet. So we decided to purchase pet insurance thinking that if another episode occurred, she would be covered. Thank God we did. In January she became ill again and the same costs all over again. BUT, we were covered. Sure did help to pay the bill. Turns out she has arthritis which can be treated with a natural medicine. In November when she first became ill she also had some digestive problems. However, it was the arthritis that kept persisting. I am happy to report she is runnign and chasing squirrels and rabbits again.
We bought Level 2 coverage and like I said, it was the best decision we ever made.
