PREVIOUS EAR PROBLEMS WAS HANDLED QUICKLY AND WITH GOOD RESPONSE ON RETURN FUNDS.

Despite all my efforts to avoid ticks my Chesapeake Lindsey has contracted Lyme disease twice. The second time the Lyme number was off the charts. Luckily Lindsey's kidney function was fine desite the severe Lyme disease. It's nice to know that Embrace is there for us when Lindsey is sick.

Once the surgery was done and the forms were submitted, I had an email back telling me that my claim had been processed in 3 days, and that a cheque is in the mail. Then to top it off, a follow up email with well wishes for my dogs speedy recovery. I would highly recommend Trupanion. Having vet insurance has taken away the fear of "what if" I can't afford the best treatment for my animal.
