Wellness Rewards Benefits
First of all I'd like to say that Embrace Pet Insurance has provided me great customer service! My first encounter with Embrace Pet Insurance was in March 2011 with Tenisha Lovelace. She not only took the time to explain the different benefits available, she also answered ALL of my many questions so I would have a better understanding how pet insurance works since:-.) I did not enroll in the Wellness Benefits rewards at the time, but did so March 2012 and it is a great benefit to have! I was reimbursed for Ziggy's office visit, vaccines, advantix II, and heartgard plus! I spent total of $400.00 and was reimbursed $400.00, which is the maximum annual wellness rewards benefit. I would highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance to all pet owners!

The Best Pet Insurance!
I acquired PetsBest after 3 of my pets passed away after expensive illnesses (cancer, heart, pancreatitis) 2 yrs ago. I decided I needed insurance for the rest of my crew - 9 cats & 1 dog. My dog is now 15 yrs old & has numerous illnesses. PetsBest has paid every claim without issue. Last week, I faxed 2 claims for monthly medications on Thursday night. They were processed & paid by Friday afternoon. That was a 24 hr turn-around! They are fast but that was super-fast! If you ever have to call them, they are very pleasant to deal with. Very nice people on the phone. I highly recommend PetsBest.

They are the absolute best
I have had Pest Best Insurance for years and all I can really say is that because of them my dogs are still alive. My shepherd delvoped peranial fistuls and the vet and pills were expensive. And my huskey tore her acl, the vet bill over 4000.00 Because of my insurance I was able to save both my girls

Thrilled Again
Although things were difficult, Embrace was more than willing to listen to an appeal and recongonize the ommissions in the original assessment. I am thrilled that Embrace took the time to review and get needed documentation ultimately resulting in providing coverage for our sweet boy. I am happy with Embrace and the coverage they provide for this expensive medical condition our Tucker has.

Very Pleased

No matter when or who I have spoken to, they have always been truly caring and so helpful. Their customer support personnel are incredible. This is the bes insurance
They actually pay for stuff! I don't have the wellness part, but when my cat got sick the reimbursements made a big difference. It's easy to file a claim, and with the automatic deposit feature, it's quick to get the reimbursement, They also let you know where you are in the process via e-mail, so you don't have to wonder what happened once you file the claim.

Disappointing Service!
I was excited to sign my dog up for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance after reading the great reviews, however, at this point the service seems to be HUGELY disappointing!
When I called with some policy questions, the receptionist was less than friendly (actually quite short) and refused to immediately connect me to a representative. After calling back a while later, I learned that the medical record review that was initially promised as an automatic benefit was never processed. Apparently you have to make a separate request apart from faxing the medical records to the company (in direct contrast to what the previous representative had told me).
Another shocking surprise is that ALL payments are DIRECTLY DEDUCTED from your checking account/credit card- which is not mentioned PRIOR to enrollment. This is only mentioned in the policy documents received AFTER you sign up.
The conversation concluded with the representative pretending not to hear me and then hanging up the phone.... No call back from them, even though my number is on file... Very unprofessional.

3 Years and 3 Dogs
We have 3 Huskies and have Petsecure Insurance for all 3. Our first husky had a minor accident with her tooth and Petsecure was there to help. Our second husky was diagnosed with Angular Limb Deformity and Petsecure has been there every step of the way. They have been an enormous help with our boy which has helped with the whole decision making process. When we got our 3rd husky a few months ago, I thought our premium was going to go sky high due to our second ones disability... the complete opposite happened, we got 10% off as we have 3 or more pets with insurance. The premiums are reasonable and the turn around time is amazing!!

Good Coverage, but read the fine print
My black lab recently had to have knee surgery (TPLO). I just received my EOB and the paid 80% of all the surgery and hospital care as promised. My only complaint is on her recent renewal they changed their policy to only cover 1 TPLO surgery per the dog's life. Since most research shows dogs with one TPLO have a 50-60% chance of needing the same surgery on the other knee I now have to pay insurance and save up for a possible second surgery. The main reason I purchased insurance was to spread these types of costs over the years of the dog's life through policy payments and preventing the need for a seperate emergency fund or credit card.
