Just In Case . . .

We have rescued two dogs, we don't really know either of their medical histories. Our second rescue is accident prone and well 1500 dollars later, she is doing fine. We purchased ASPCA insurance after we tried a competitor, nothing we claimed was approved thru them. Our last visit which was pretty much a wellness check-up and booster shots- over half was reimbursed (none of which would have been covered by the other insurance plan) Our dog is doing fine now, and the insurance at time feels like over kill. But anything can happen with our pets so we have peace of mind knowing, she is covered and we don't have to worry should something happen.

Great coverage

My dog had pancreatitis and possible Cushings. Trupanion paid exactly as promised. After the $100 deductible and office charge $59, Trupanion paid 90% of the bill. You can decide upon which deductible amount and the deductible is per incident (illness/accident), not each time, so very reasonable. The staff at Trupanion is very friendly and caring. They kept in touch and let me know the process during this hard time. I would recommend Trupanion!

Great service and Followup! Very happy!

I really love this company. They obviously care about their customers: animal and human. When I recently submitted claims they followed up to let me know they were being reviewed and that it may take a few weeks due to recent volume. After the claim check was sent, they followed up to make sure I got it. I did not, but they contacted me (rather than me having to hound them) which was impressive. They quickly issued a new check which I received within a few days. The check was exactly the amount I expected.I know the names of the employees at Embrace and they know mine.

Pays for Noting

I submitted a claim because my 1.5 yo dog was gaining weight, they took forever to process and then deny the claim because they claim it existed prior to coverage. What geniuses, she was a growing puppy and thats why she was gaining weight! Thats normal!

Pets Best really is the Best!

Best Customer Service. Best Claims process from start to finish (payment deposited directly into my checking account). Unfortunately I have had to submit many claims for my 12 year old Bichon. The good news is that the speed of the claims process has improved from good to great - practically lightening speed. Normally I am very cautious about recommending products and services. However, I feel very comfortable in recommending this company without reservation.

Embrace insurance

I see all these good reviews and wonder why I have not received the same kind of customer service others have???? This is my first year of purchasing Embrace for a great dane puppy who is in excellent condition, according to the vet. It took so much hassle for me to get the 6 month orthopedic waiver removed as I had to keep asking. Then I had to email 3 times to get word on a claim that should have been handled ONE MONTH AGO. And never an apology either.

Good service

We are glad we have Embrace Pet insurance. We got a new puppy and since we live in Alaska and we love being in the out doors we decided to get pet insurance. We were glad because our black lab got a intestinal blockage. Embrace has good coverage and well worth the money. They paid what they said they would pay and we are thankful we have this insurance.

Good response time on confirming receipt of claims. Some claims are processed sooner than others (2-3 weeks vs. 3+ weeks), but overall seems acceptable.
