Despite giving heartworm preventative all year following a negative test, our dog Buddy tested positive for the disease. From the very first call to check on his coverage, the staff at Healthy Paws were exceptional on a personal and professional level. The claim was handled quickly and efficiently and payment was made at 90% with the $50 deductible in less than 10 days after submission. I really appreciated the staff at Healthy Paws contacting me several times to check on Buddy during his recovery! I highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who wants the best for their pet!!

Extremely satisfied
My golden retriever had moist dematitis (hot spot) and otitis (ear infection)at the same time when we were away from home. I love that Embrace coverage applies to any vet. Although the reimbursement was a little slower than in the past, I was kept informed by e-mail so this was not a surprise. I appreciate a company like Embrace that is honest and communicates when there is any delay in processing claims. I received my check & even received a follow-up email to make sure I had received it. I love Embrace & highly recommend it. There is such piece of mind knowing that no matter where we go our dog is covered.

QUICK & RESPONSIVE!
Even though all of my claims did not get paid, the response time was incredible. I faxed my claims in about 6pm one evening, and by 11am the next day, I had email alerts telling me the claims were being processed---by 2pm--my claims were processed--and within days, money was in my account. Again, not all of my claims were paid--but the quick response is truly a thing of beauty! Thank you, Pets Best!!!

Awesme, just awesome!
I had a previous pet insurance company that was awful, they claimed a pre-existing issue when even the vet clearly stated it was not so I was nervous about selecting another insurance thinking they were all the same. NOT TRUE! I rescued two kittens and one seemed to be having a lot of medical issues, the 5 mth old had breathing problems and the vet bills were piling up, I definitely thought I would have a big hassle trying to get them paid but I submitted the claim and the next day had the approval email ad the check in my hand three days later! I couldn't believe it! Not only that but they followed up to see how the kitten was doing. I raved to my vet and they couldn't believe it either and for the first time the vet is offering referrals to an insurance company. All I can say is THANK YOU and I would recommend them for your pet needs

Great
I purchased insurance for my dogs because those are my children.Dogs expenses can be very expensive.I had very good experience with my dogs insurance.so its very good to have.Very blessed and greatful that Rara and Corona has been healthy,not major.

Trupanion was the best insurance decision I made.
I had switched my insurance from ASPCA to Trupanion over concerns I had with ASPCA's policies. My cat, Oreo, was 11 at the time and Trupanion was willing to cover her. This summer, a year later, Trupanion actually lowered my monthly rate. Shortly after that my vet saw on her senior wellness x-ray possible cancer and heart problems. She recommended ultrasounds to get a clearer picture, which were done & happily proved negative but still something to keep an eye on. Trupanion kept me updated about my claim for the diagnostics & quickly sent me checks, which was a huge help financially. I am very relieved that I had reliable insurance to help with this, and I would definitely recommend them.

Slow claims
It has taken 2 days short of 2 months for our claim tobe acted on. I am not happy with the slowness in which claims are handled. One of the reasons we chose Embrace was that they advertised timely claim review. This has not been thecase
