My dog was diagnosed with cancer and needed surgery to remove. Trupanion gave a pre-approval within 48 hours. The Vet's staff filed for it. I never picked up a phone or sent an email. Trupanion's process was smooth and easy for all involved. Wonderful service and help for my pets and their policies

Healthy Paws pet insurance has been top notch. My dog has always been healthy up until recently. It's been one thing after another with numerous, costly different vet visits including specialists. He's had X-Rays and blood work multiple times, an ultrasound, and eye surgery. It's very stressful to go through this with my beloved animal but Healthy Paws took that financial worry away. It is extremely easy to submit a claim on the app. You simply take a picture. Your reimbursement can be set up to get directly deposited into your bank account. It takes hardly any time at all. They update you throughout the process and the best part is that the money has always been in my account by the time my credit card bill is due. They have truly been a life saver!

Efficient and customer friendly

Hartville has been a lifesaver this year!!! One dog needed CCL surgery this year and Hartville was very responsive with answering questions as well as providing updates for his multiple claims. Our other dog needed to start allergy treatments this year and has needed multiple appointments before staring her on allergy injections. Hartville has been quick to cover all claims that have been submitted and followed up with our vet clinic if they had questions.

Submitting claims for Neptune has been super easy. Just be sure you get the diagnose & the right wording from your vet & you should be good to go :)

Claim review period is a little long, however customer service representatives are extremely friendly and helpful.
