Great coverage at a great price but slow claim repayment
I love the coverage and it is at a wonderful price but even after sending in all medical records it still took around 3 months to get a determination and claim reimbursement. I know since it was my first claim it can take longer to review and process everything however, more communication on the status of the claim would have been appreciated.

I think Trupanion's service is excellent.
I think Trupanion's service is excellent. Trupanion's premiums are well above other services that I shopped. I have been with Trupanion so long and I Whisky s age I am unable to switch now so it is what it is. Also, Trupanion wouldenied a large claim due to a bilateral condition regarding ACL tears which I was unaware of when I took the insurance and did not understand. I really thought that at least part of that claim should have been covered. Some of this is on me and I understand that. Good company, great service, but some negatives.

Process was easy, simple and fast. I am hopeful my premiums will not increase with my pet insurance as they always seem to with any other insurance once a claim is filed. Thanks for the great service.
