Happy with this policy
My experience with Embrace has been very good. I especially like the Wellness program--which helps them as well as my animals to keep well. With the exception of one time, claims have been settled quickly and fairly. I wish they would extend their coverage to horses. I have had much better results from Embrace than from my horse insurance company.

I am more than pleased with Embrace .
My dog, 'precious' is a very active, young, lab/shephard mix. She was, suddenly, unable to bear weight on her back leg. Of course, it was a trip to the Vet. to see what was wrong. She had a cranial cruciate ligament tear. Currently she is doing well.
It was reassuring to know that there was insurance for her.
The e-mails from Embrace kept me informed on the progress of this claim. That was very reassuring. I hope I never have to put in another claim, but if so, I know Embrace will be right there. Thank you and I do encourage my friends and family to buy Ebrace.

OK, so far so good
My young dog seemed to have injured his back, an emergency vet visit cost $265 but it was not payable because I had elected the $500 deductible. OK, I had forgotten about that. But why did it take 3 weeks to inform/remind me of that? They did let me know about the delay though.

Great experience!
My 2 year old cat has been diagnosed with idiopathic hypercalcemia. Trupanion has been great and reimbursed me 90% for all of her tests and blood work. They also cover any issues she may have due to her breed. Which is great because most pet insurances do not cover these issues.

Pets Best Insurance lives up to its name!
My wife and I adopted two greyhounds; one of which was recently diagnosed with a cancerous growth on his salivary gland. Following surgery and chemotherapy, we submitted a claim to Pets Best Insurance. Within days we received confirmation of receipt of the claim and a few days later, we received payment with a clear explanation of benefits. We couldn't be more satisfied with their customer service and coverage. We'll be encouraging members of our family and friends with pets to call Pets Best for a quote on coverage.

Do not waste your money
Every single claim I had they denied. The last one was for an eye injury which they tried to say was due to an aggressive animal in the house which is a 5 lb declawed kitten. Instead of an actual trauma outdoors that she experienced. Save your money and buy another insurance.

Excellent service
Insured my 10 wk old kitten Zinc six days after I got him from a local shelter. Had a 15 day waiting period for coverage. On the 16th day my new kitten had a severe limp. Took him to the local vet, after multiple ex-rays we were told he just had a sprain. The following day he was very lethargic and had a temp. Took him back to be told that he may have something called kitten limping syndrome and that the stress was causing the temp. This all happened on a Fri-Sat. On Monday I faxed all paper work to the insurance. This was my first claim ,I was unsure how quickly this would be settled and if there would be any complications. To my great surprise it was all handled with in 8 days. They paid everything that I expected them to, so no surprises. The only discouraging experience was that after the claim my insurance rate went up by 6 dollars on my other animal ( no claims) after only having it for a year. All in all though I must say very satisfied.
