Pleasantly surprised
My Great Dane had to have entropion eye surgery. Not only was the claim paid in full (up to my chosen 90% reimbursement rate), but I received the check in about 2 weeks. Furthermore, I received an email from a Healthy Paws representative simply asking how she was doing. Healthy Paws definitely exceeded my expectations. I immediately signed my other dog up for coverage as well.

Unbelievable - in a good way!
I am amazed at the fast turn around when I file claims for my 2 dogs. I submitted claims this morning at 10AM and I just - same day, 4 hours later - received an email that the claims had been processed already! Unbelievable!

I lost my poor Nemo and placed a reward for him. I was so happy when I got him back. I submitted a claim and was reimbursed immediately. I would highly recommend Trupanion!!!
