Working for me & my pup!
I've had ASPCA Pet Insurance for my dog over several years now, and we're quite pleased with it. As our needs have changed, I've been able to get clear explanations from customer service & to keep coverage at an affordable level. And when Poko has had the occasional injury, this company has been prompt & fair with vet bill reimbursements. Can't ask for anything more!

Best Pet Insurance by far!
I have had nothing but great experiences with Embrace Ins. Never a surprise, they have always gone out of their way to explain my dogs coverage and are more than generous. I only wish they had health insurance for people!

certainly not worth the money!!
If I weigh the premiums paid against the vet bills for covered conditions, it was definitely not worth the money. I was reimbursed a certain percentage for covered conditions, but considering the deductibles and allowed amounts, ASPCA coverage did not pay off for us even considering the fact that our dog did require more than usual veterinary care because of allowed conditions.
I would not recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance to anyone for this reason and the fact that reimbursement was always greatly delayed.
I also had the feeling that anytime we received reimbursement that they felt we were lucky to be getting it. Isn't this what insurance if for?

Personalized Service!
My little Lucy had been throwing up and losing weight for a for a few days, so when it didn't stop, I had to take her to the vet. As it turns out, she had an ear infection and it was making her nauseous. It took her a few rounds of antibiotics, anti-nausea pills, and she was all better. I am very glad that I have Embrace coverage or the out of pocket expenses would be over $500. And that is just for an ear infection! Embrace kept me in the loop during their processing of the claims so I knew my claim was received and in process. If the claim was delayed for any reason, they would follow up with me and let me know they were working on it. I appreciate the personalized service and the peace of mind to know that with Embrace coverage, I can always take care of Lucy's needs. If anyone is contemplating insurance coverage, it is well worth it and Embrace is the best way to go. They reimburse exactly what is covered in your plan without any issues. I tell every pet owner I meet to get this insurance. I never want to have to make a decision about Lucy's health based on money. With Embrace, she is covered!

Great coverage & staff!
Fairly quick claim turn around and wonderful helpful staff when you call not to mention fast replies when I emailed with questions. I couldnt be more pleased with my choice of Embrace for Maggie so far! When my vet asked who I use for pet insurance I was happy to give them the Embrace website info.

Excellent customer services ! Highly recommended
My dog got dog-attacked in Dog Park and sustained a laceration to his back leg couple weeks. We took him to the vet and they stitched him up on Saturday. I filed the claim on the next Monday, and then I got a confirmation email immediately. I was so surprised that they took a really short time to process the claim. I already received a reimbursement check from Healthy Paws yesterday. I greatly appreciate their fast services and their thoughtful e-mail. I highly recommended Healthy Paws Insurance.

Great Service & Honest Company
Healthy Paws processed my claim quickly, easily, with no problems or red tape. They are always courteous and well-informed. You can tell the customer service reps take good notes because they are always up to date with a particular issue when you call or email. The follow-ups are a nice touch, too.
We all have to deal with insurance - with our cars, homes, lives, etc. It's very reassuring to have found a company that sticks by their word, plain and simple. There were no surprises with our claim. We sent in our cat's sparse, prior medical history (vaccines and neutering) at the time of the accident, and had our vet forward the documents for the surgery they had to conduct on our cat. That's it! Within a couple weeks, I had my check.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Healthy Paws based on my experience.

First timer
Hi, This is the first time I've had pet insurance of any kind and I was a bit skeptical initially, but am gleefully pleased with every aspect thus far. Having heard and read reviews of other insurers I expected there might be some unforeseen gaps in coverage and when coverage was available refunds to be slow in coming but that simply hasn't been the case. From taking the time to explain and break down coverages, to walking me through the claims process, Embrace has been consistent and timely at every step. I really appreciate the email updates on receipt of claim, claim status, notification of claim payout, and follow up to ensure payment has been received. I hadn't even expected reimbursement for the initial vet visit, but found that we were covered in full. What a wonderful surprise. My only regret is that Embrace has set the bar so high that I am now woefully disappointed with my own health insurance. Can someone there please give United Healthcare a call and explain to them how its done? What more can I say except thank you Embrace, you have a lifelong customer in me.
