I have had this insurance for 5 of the 6.5 years I've had my dog and its been great. I have saved thousands and been able to give my dog the medical care she needs. It has paid for itself and allows me to go to specialty vets for my dog without question. I would highly recommend this insurance company for any pet owner.

We have had Embrace for many years. The claims have always been resolved with regular contact form Embrace keeping us updated on our claims. What I have done was made copies for each vets' office so that they can file the claim after each visit. That has worked well. The personnel at Embrace were so helpful on rushing a pre-approval through when out dog was injured. I can't say enough about the staff and integrity about the company during these times when I thought customer service was a thing of the past. Thank you Embrace.

I have a 7yr old Scotty that got pancreatitis his vet bill was over $700. I live on a fixed income. I can find the $30 a month, but no way could I come up with $700. I filed my claim and was sent a check in less than 3 weeks. My dog is find and I still was able to cover my living costs. Don't know what I would have done with out it

I was advised every step of the way re: the status of my claim, and all the people were so friendly. I really appreciate the personal and friendly service. Again, so so impressed!

I am very pleased with Trupanion . I usually deal with one person (Tricia Sellars) Which is nice to know if I need someone I have a specific person that helps me. Unfortunatley this past week my dog has become ill for some unknown reason. The ER could not find out anything wrong and keep doing test. I am SOOOO thankful for Trupanion because if it wasn't for the pet insurance my dog would not be here anymore because I would not be able to afford the medical bills. I LOVE TRUPANION AND TRICIA SELLRS IS A ASSETT to their team. She is one reason why I kept it. The team has been helpful everytime I call no matter who i talk to . I will always have this insurance on any dog I have. Still working on Peyton but I hope someone can help him.

The verdict is in and I had a great experience with my first yearly dental claim, it proves I made the right choice! The customer service is SUPERB, top-notch for sure! The claim form was super easy to follow, even the vet's office staff was impressed! I'm extremely grateful to have found Embrace Pet Insurance!
