Our precious dog Yeager was diagnosed with a sudden, life threatening illness and we were informed by the hospital that a pace-maker was the only way to save his life. After the operation, we were relieved that Yeager immediately began to recover. We were thrilled that Yeager had a new lease on life, but of course, reality set in and we became concerned about how to pay for the operation. Thank god for Trupanion! You guys allowed us to breath easy about the expenses and gave our family the freedom to enjoy Yeager's recovery. Your representatives were very courteous and professional; constantly keeping us informed of all of the information we needed to submit and keeping us up-to-date on the status of our claim. We are grateful for your assistance and for allowing us to focus on making Yeager better instead of wasting our energies on worrying how to pay the expenses.

In my opinion, Trupanion is the best insurance. I researched all different pet insurance companies online, when looking for coverage. They seemed to be the best, and from my experience during the past 12 months, they are. No other insurance covers 90% and no other insurance has unlimited coverage. Also, they do not drop you for filing claims (no matter how many). Thank you Trupanion for your service, your coverage and your committment in helping owners and their pets. My dog and I truly appreciate it and do not know what we would do without you.

Our Standard Poodle, Roxy, had surgery on Monday at about 1 pm. I brought her home, along with the receipts for $785, at 5:30 pm that same day. At 6:00 pm I scanned in the receipts and emailed them to Healthy Paws. At 9:00 pm I got a reply email, with the processed claim, showing that we would get a check for $700.20!!! The check arrived in my mailbox that Friday. Wow - I think this is top notch service. I have been recommending Healthy Paws to everybody-they are the real deal.

My husband and I were skeptical about getting pet insurance, as we didn't know if it was really worth the cost. We spent a lot of time researching companies and found that Embrace is by far the best one out there. After only having our puppy for 7 months we are beyond thankful to have our coverage with them! It has already paid for itself for the year & has tremendously helped us out financially when our puppy was diagnosed with a condition that needed arthroscopic surgery. The claims process is very easy & we have already received our first check from them. There were no issues when calculating our reimbursement...everything was done exactly the way it should. So far with the claims we have had to make I have been very happy with the customer service and payments. I would definitely recommend Embrace and will be switching over our other dog from VPI as well as insuring our 3 cats with them!
