I've had my dog Ruby insured by Healthy Paws since we adopted her almost a year ago. They provide an exceptional level of service. Just today - Ruby had a vet appointment to check out a swollen and irritated left eye. The appointment was at 2:30pm and at 2:55 - just 25 minutes later - I received the email telling me the claim had been processed and approved. Simply Amazing! I'm a customer for life

There is always someone from Embrace keeping me informed of my claim status (from the day they received it until they send the check). After spending over 2,000 dollars on a surgery that I was told out DOGS were going to be covered for, in the end we were NOT covered. Many lies were told to me and the process took four months to complete and i basiscly paid for a service for 14 months and it nevered covered or help with anything.

My Great Dane had to have entropion eye surgery. Not only was the claim paid in full (up to my chosen 90% reimbursement rate), but I received the check in about 2 weeks. Furthermore, I received an email from a Healthy Paws representative simply asking how she was doing. Healthy Paws definitely exceeded my expectations. I immediately signed my other dog up for coverage as well.
