This has been the best experience ever, when the need arises for filing a claim the process is easily from submittal to reimbursement. Our puppy fractured his leg and the service was great. The claim was promptly processed and without back/forth with the vet. It was only 5 days past the waiting period and I was a little concerned there would be "issues". I was totally wrong. It was the same great service we've experienced with our other two dogs.

I have purchased pet insurance for my 2 boxers Samson and Delilah since they were 8 wks old. Samson swallowed some toys & developed a bowel obstruction. He required major surgery & then severe post surgical diarrhea. He was treated at the Univ of FL School of Vet Med. Expenses have been close to $9000 and I was reimbursed 90% of these costs in 2weeks. I work for an insurance company and wish all of my family's claims were paid as quickly & seamlessly. Recommend this product as a physician with intimate knowledge of the insurance industry. Thank you so much Trupanion!
