It works

I am terrible about paper work and details but Embrace has made the process of insuring my cats very easy. Luckily I have no serious situation now, but have in the past with a cat who died, and I never want to be in a situation of wether to provide care again due to financial constraints. I feel this will allow me to make better decisions without stress.

My first wonderful Embrace experience

I researched a lot before I chose Embrace for Rufus. Rufus is precious and I am so glad I chose Embrace for him. I had a great experience with my first claim. Embrace kept me updated regularly on my claim and few days ago I received an email saying the reimbursement check was on its way. I am very pleased with their customer support and would gladly recommend Embrace to anyone looking for a pet insurance.

there is a mix up in claims honored and denied

I submitted 9 claims for dogs Rusty and Gunner. I was notified a claim of 10/11 would be denied. But the wrong dog and incident were identified. I called and told Anne Oneill about this and emailed Jennifer May. I hope the other 8 claims will be paid. I have not yet received a statement about payment.

My dog had emergency Gastrointestinal foreign body surgery. It cost me over $3000. Trupanion reimbursed 90% with no problems. It was hassle free and fast. Thanks!

Safety-net

I bought an ASPCA policy for each of my two dogs. My intention was to have a safety-net for the bowel obstruction that was headed my way. In the meantime I am using the policy for some reimbursement for vet bills for my dog with atopic dermatitis. I think the premium, coverage and deductible are priced fairly. I like being able to submit claims via email. I've appreciated the reply email (although non-specific) stating that my claim was received. It took a little longer than I expected to receive the first reimbursement (3-4 weeks) but that was likely due to the fact that I didn't submit documentation from my vet. Overall I'm am very satisfied.
