My girl had a seizure early one morning, which meant a trip to the emergency vet and a follow-up visit to our regular vet. They referred us to a neurologist, who did an MRI and determined she had a stroke. Having pet insurance allowed me to choose to do testing and treatment without hesitation. I got back over $2,000 on a $2,600 bill from the neurologist, andall in plenty of time to pay off my credit card.

The rep wasn't able to solve problem but helped me get right things in order to have a claim denial reviewed.

Ernie is our exotic shorthair cat he is 2 years old and because of the breed he has dental issues. We took him in for his cleaning and that led to 3 extractions. By the time it was done, it was over $600. After meeting the deductible, we got a check back for more than $300. The insurance is great! He has better coverage than I do! The turn around was quick and the agents on the phone were very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone with a pet that is a valued member of the family.

I was very impressed how easy it was to submit my claim. It was my first and I was nervous that I would miss something but it helped that there wasn't any super long forms to complete. I am pleased that I was able to submit everything over my computer and receive a response so quickly!

I thought the turn-around time was great after filing the claim. I also appreciate the fact that the claim can be directly deposited rather than going thru the mail. The customer service is outstanding and the representative added a personal aspect to the experience.
