Response was fast

The best thing Trupanion has going is that the veterinarian s office files the paperwork. The response was fast, but disappointing in that it seems that not too much is covered in the regular care category. Meanwhile we spend over $800 per annum to receive creative statements about what is not covered.

Very happy with Trupanion

I submitted claims by scanning and uploading them to Trupanion. I spoke with customer service a couple of times for my clarification and they were very knowledgeable. They processed my claims within a few days and direct deposited the payments the following day. I am very happy with their claims process. I will continue to use Trupanion.

Terrible Service

Been waiting 7 weeks to have a claim paid. Allied today and was told it still had not been reviewed and asked if I wanted it expedited? Are you FING kidding me? Plan to cancel and write a bad review just about everywhere and anywhere I can.
