Within the first year of having my Dobie Charlotte I had to file a claim, a large claim......Charlotte swallowed a rock and it didn't want to come out. Embrace was professional, timely, and had the claim paid within a couple of weeks. Did I mention that is was a LARGE claim?!? Thanks Embrace, you rock! Rachael & Charlotte

As new to Healthy Paws our experience with our dog's claim has been outstanding.

I have an 11 month old Puggle ( Charlie) and he required knee surgery, I was and still am insured by Trupanion. I must admit I was hesitant in getting insurance, as I had heard some horror stories about trying to get claims authorized. However, Trupanion came highly recommended and it was the best decision I could have made, Charlie is very much family and when he needed help we were there for him. Likewise when I needed Trupanion, they were there for me, there was no hassel, no fuss, just concern for Charlie's well being. The claim was authorized immediately, payment was prompt and follow-up e-mails, re: Charlie's recovery was a nice gesture. I am very happy with Trupanion...Thank you!!

Great pet health care. Head and shoulders above the company I tried in the past (VIP). Staff is responsive and helpful. Willing to listen when there is confusion about a claim.

I am so pleased with Embrace coverage for my boys, Atlas and Shadow, two Weimaraners. These boys are brothers and we have had them since they were seven weeks old. They are challenging dogs, wonderful companions, beautiful athletes -- but boys will be boys. Every claim, whether it be wellness, illness or accident, has been processed quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I love the quick response time and the immediate follow-up by e-mail. I will recommend this to every pet owner I know and keep our boys covered for their lifetimes!

I feel really good about having this insurance for my dog. Rascal has been healthy , had no major problems the last 8years but just for the security ,I would strongly recommend to people who have beloved pet in your life.they are your kids after all!!

I had to call several times and spoke to several people until an x-ray was included as part of the deductible. I brought a sick cat into vet's office and bloodwork and xray were ordered. Trupanion felt the xray was not necessary because it did not involve the eye even though the cat had respiratory symptoms as well as vomiting. Of course the xray would be ordered. I had to fight for that. It took 5-6 weeks after the first visit to receive reimbursement. Too long. But overall I am satisfied because in the end they paid what should have been paid.
