Extraordinary Responsiveness on Claims
My dog, Dayton, has been Embraced for more than a year, and I cannot say enough good things about the ethics and efficiency of the organization. Most recently, we had accumulated claims for problems a vet had treated over a period of about five or six weeks. Embrace acknowledged receipt almost immediately and made decisions as to coverage (all favorable) shortly after that. At my urging, my vet has put out a stack of Embrace brochures, and I have preached the Insurance Gospel According to Dayton's Dad to any dog owner who would listen.
We are deeply grateful to, and admiring of, this organization.

Excellent
Just before Mom died of cancer in 2007, one of her last request was that we take good care of her toy poodle Pippin. We have done our best, and last year, as Pippin was about to turn 13, I decided to buy health insurance to make sure Pip can always have the best care. Many companies would not insure a dog of her age, but Pets Best did. She has since developed glaucoma, & after the $100 deductible, they have covered 80% of the cost of a specialist, an animal ophthalmologist, and 80% of the eye drops, which are expensive. It's obviously an ongoing condition, so it's nice to know PB has my back. The premium did almost double (from $35 to $70/month) after her 14th birthday, but I understand the increased risk at this age. Probably shouldn't comment right now.
This is our first year with Embrace and so far, I'm not impressed. While our Wellness claim was paid promptly, the $60 reimbursement we received has to be balanced against the $150 unreimbursed cost to have an exam done for the ortho waiver. The remaining claims we've submitted so far have all been either denied or significantly reduced. I've actually given up chasing paperwork for the remaining receipts for this one dental procedure because I really don't have any expectation that doing that will satisfy our $500 deductible.
The positive stars are only because the Embrace employees I've dealt with on the phone and through email are unfailingly polite, professional and try their best to be helpful.
I'm not sure we will be renewing our policy next year.

Annual Checkup and shots
As per last year, we submitted our claim for our dog's wellness checkup and annual shots. We were promptly notified of the claim receipt and a short time afterwards received notification of acceptance and we quickly received our check. All done in about a week. Embrace has been especially thoughtful in its correspondence with us. We love their wellness plan which in reality re-imburses more than we pay for it. We,like Embrace, want to keep our pet healty which results in cost savings to us and Embrace. We are glad we chose Embrace over the other insurers.

Claim Reimbursement
Embrace handled the claim efficiently and issued a prompt check to me. I could not be happier with getting a refund check within a week of submitted the claim.

timely deposit
There was a time when things ran a bit slow, during the new training phase, however lately when I submit a claim I have had very quick service. Deposits less than 25 days made into my account. I am glad I purchased pet insurance and I did struggle with whether or not I should get it. My first dog was perfect health, second dog just seems to be plagued with issues, which thank God are under control. I am thankful for Pet Embrace and so glad I purchased my plan. Very happy with them, and they even gave me a little gift for my dog when there was a small error in one of my checks. They put that extra little touch on their service.

Excellent service & prompt payment
This company is wonderful. Everything can be done online and there is consistent feedback that the claim has been received and what the status is. The coverage is great and it has saved us a bunch of money. Very happy with the customer service and insurance coverage!

Embrace Gets an A+ from Us
We adopted a puppy in November, 2012. Our daughter recommended Embrace since she has had it for her two dogs for a couple of years. I checked reviews online and liked what I saw. I called Embrace and the insurance went into effect the day we got our dog. She's had two vet visits for vaccinations and microchopping so far and both were paid within a few days of faxing the insurance forms to Embrace. In addition, an email notified us that the forms were received and being processed. Since claims may also be checked online, I saw each was completed and a check was on the way. Checks arrived, and we were reimbursed as promised. We have been Embrace customers for a little over a month, and if the service we have received so far is any indication of future service, then we chose a wonderful company. Thank you, Embrace!
