Good customer service representative was very courteous and pleasent I was put on hold but only for about 30 seconds it was also Memorial Day when most places are closed.

Denied portion of vet bill.
After 11 years of paying premiums, I had my first vet bill over the $500 deductible ($800+). Trupanion denied a portion bringing down to under $500, so I was paid nothing. Done with out explanation. This was for my dogs teeth cleaning which had never been done before and recommended by the Vet.
