We adopted a rescue Mastiff last June and I was on the fence about pet insurance. This was the first time I submitted a claim. It was worth it's wait in Gold ! The morning after I submitted my claim, I received emails and personal phone calls to keep me updated on the status. By week two I recieved a check reimbursement to cover 90 percent of the claim. Why cant people insurance be this easy. There is no stress when your pet is recovering from a visit to the vet. I Love Trupanion.
