My 6 month old puppy got very sick in the beginning of January. It turned out to be a neck abscess and my puppy is a Double Doodle so I could not see it and he had no signs or symptoms until one Sunday morning when he woke up whimpering and lethargic. I rushed him to an emergency animal clinc and he was followed by my vet later . He had to have the abscess drained. Trupanion not only covered 90 percent of the entire bill but were right on things from the start. They emailed me and called me as soon as the receipts came in. I received my money back in just a few business days. Trupanion has very caring staff and I believe they are the best company !

A day later I had another email, stating a ceck was on its way. Three days later I had it! They do take off some money for the office visit, but overall paid about 70% of the claim. I have 2 dogs and it was the same situation for the second! Great service.
