I was very pleased and satisfied with the process of the claim procedures and the amount covered. Last month the same dog got an infection in her toe and her nail had to be removed. Pets Best paid $564.00 of a $805.00 bill. I received by check in less than a week with updates by email along the way. I am very happy with Pets Best and I recommend them often.
