My pup Huff has had health issues from early on and Embrace was there and reacently he has a rare health issue that has required a lot of vet time and expence and it will be a continuning health problem embrace has stood by us 100% The clam was quick and payment was sent out quickly and can't say enough about how good they are. Having a bad health issue is horrible but it helps knowing there is an insurance company that is willing to stand by you and they are great.Can't thank them enough

In my 75 years I have only experienced two companies who live up to their Advertising one is Trupanion (the other is Michelin X ICE tires)I would recommended your company to ANYONE Most in surance cos promise the world but offer every conceivable excuse to lessen or refuse claims

My very exuberant American Bulldog has never incurred expenses anywhere near our deductible. He got tapeworms once, & the claim was processed very quickly & efficiently. My only complaint with this company is that they never seem to be available by phone; they seem to always be closed.

Healthy Paws insured my cat Grady without qualification in 4/2012 when he was 11 years old. our first claim was made in 8/2012 when Grady was sadly diagnosed with a form of stomach cancer with a prognosis of about one year. We took him through a series of of about 14 vet visits and hospitalizations which due to our amazing doctors, stabilized his condition until last month. During this time my vets submitted claims to Healthy Paws which were immediately acknowledged and paid within 2-3 days without fail. They even picked up on an unpaid bill that I had not tracked. I always received letters of concern about Grady's health. Today, after his passing last week, we received a sympathy card with a note from all the staff. Their total recognition of our difficult times and ease of processing claims helped smooth out our last months with Grady. How much more kind and caring can a company be? Healthy Paws sets out to be of service to pet owners in their time of greatest need and have gone beyond fulfilling their mission with personal attention and genuine concern for all their clients. We knew this breed had a history of cancer over time, so we elected to purchase Trupanion insurance coverage in order to have options, should we be faced with hard treatment choices. What we didn't know is that at 8 months of age our puppy would suffer with seizures and would soon be diagnosed with epilepsy. MRI's and other diagnostic tests are pricey. The medications are beyond expensive and will be lifelong. Purchasing Trupanion early-on was a stroke of genius, even though we didn't know it at the time. Not only have they provided extremely rapid approvals and reimbursements for our dog's care, they do so with extremely personalized and professional service. They communicate with true compassion. We are so grateful to be able to make medical choices for our dog that are based on his needs and not the price. This is all because of the exceptional coverage, care and compassion of the folks at Trupanion.

Dr's visits are not covered, nor is the tax or 10% of everything else. After the $300.00 deductible has been reached I was left with a hefty bill. Though there are no limits on this plan I now think I chose the wrong plan as there will be a $300.00 deductible on every illness.
