Embrace rocks so far! Unfortunatley 1 of our dog's started to have seizures and Embrace paid for all of testing and follow-up's, no questions asked...
I just hope our premium's don't go up drastically because of this.. We will wait and see and post updates accordingly..

Embrace has been easy to deal with.
Embrace has been very efficient and reliable in processing claims submitted. They have adhered to the terms of the policy which have been clear and explained at the beginning. The claims have been easy to submit and there has been good follow through. I have been very impressed.

Not what they saw
When we brought home our goldendoodle we immediately signed her up for coverage. I did a lot of research on the various options because we had VPI with our last dog and it was not good. I asked about the standard insurance and the wellness option. the representative said that I could add and remove the wellness option at any time. I did not submit any claims on my puppies shots or other wellness visits but I did submit the claim for her spaying. when i called to remove the wellness option after her procedure the rep said that I had to wait a fulll year. this was contradictory from the original sales person. The rep said she checked the call recordings and that the rep didn't give me that information. this is incorrect. I would not have signed up for the wellness option if I had been told this rule. I immediately cancelled this insurance because i do not prefer to do business with dishonest companies. I love my pets like family and want them to be protected by the most reputable company.

Seem to keep their promises; pay promptly
My cat recently racked up $1800 in medical expenses. My plan calls for 90% reimbursement, and they sent it to me without argument. I think I got the check less than a week after I sent in the claim.

Be warned about them
They called my cats fracture pre existing when it wasn't. Said they have me on tape saying he had fracture when I was inquiring about what would happen if he got hurt during waiting period. Had to pay 4k in vet bills plus waiting time. They assumed he was already hurt. Nasty customer service girl was not nice to me at all. They don't care. I'll be canceling my policy.
They take your money but when it's time to pay up they state pre existing and claim you are on file saying it is. Nasty girl lied on her notes. They track phone number when you call.

Very pleased
We have been with another insurance company for a long time, and had always had trouble with reimbursement. We signed up for Embrace with our new puppy. Our puppy had arthroscopic surgery recently. Our claim was processed quickly, and we received a check shortly after. Highly recommend Embrace to all pet owners. Very pleased!!!

Great claim updates
I love the fact that as soon as I take Duke in to the vet, the very next day I get an email telling me that the claim was received and is being reviewed. I like the fact that I never need to follow up with you guys. You do it for me. Thank you, Patricia Reid

Great company... glad I did my research
I spent hours comparing different insurance companies, and ended up with Healthy Paws. I've had them for over a year now, and due to my dog's many allergies, have submitted countless claims. They are extremely efficient and the quickness if receiving your reimbursement checks is wonderful. They seem to be a smaller company, because when you call, a real live person answers, not some automated machine. They respond to email inquiries right away, and are always very personable. I recommend to everyone to get Healthy Paws, they are definitely the way to go. I would have given a rating of 10 if exam fees were covered, but nonetheless it's still a great company

Professional and fast
This is my first experience with pet insurance and Embrace has lived up to it's reputation.
Claims are handled quickly,explanations of how benefits are calculated are clear and concise and their customer relations are excellent. The kept me up to date on all phases of claim status-receipt, processing and settlement. I wish my "people" insurance was as easy.
