Embrace has done a great job paying on all of my claims and has done so in a timely fashion. The only negative is that prescription food isn't covered under prescription drug coverage and I feel it should be at least in some cases.

I did tons of research on insurance companies, and found that Healthy Paws had the best coverage and least amount of exclusions. I didn't realize that the customer service would be so great. Each and every claim has been reimbursed promptly without any headaches and followed up with a concerned email to make sure my little guy is feeling better. I couldn't recommend them more highly. I am very impressed with how fast my claim was processed. It is a very easy process to submit a claim. My experience with Embrace has been wonderful!

Our two (2) King Charles brothers went in for annual wellness checkups, shots and flee/tic & heart guard meds. The charges were $1000. Our vet filled out the form in just a few minutes as we spoke and then faxed it in to Embrace. I received a confirmation of receipt in 1 business day and a status of claim 2 days later. Embrace covered $800. and informed me that the money would be deposited in my checking account within 48 hours. Embrace has been this reliable for us for three years and our vet believe it allows them to provide the highest and most cost effective preventative care.

My cat, Forrest was diagnosed with diabetes in August of 2012. Luckily I had APSCA insurance to cover alot of the costs. Testing to regulate his glucose has become quite costly, but thankfully his ASPCA insurance covers quite a bit. It easy to send my claims and they reimburse me quickly!
