Very easy to place a claim and the refund was quick also!

I have been using Pets Best 3 months. I had gotten my puppies yearly shots with the reimbursement they state. I felt like it took way too long for it to process, but they did send out an Email that I originally missed, apologizing for the delay. I wish I seen the Email before I gave them a negative review. So far, everything has been great & customer service was very professional explaining to a dummy (me) how pet insurance operates.

I've always been partial to cats. I like dogs, but I grew up without pets, but loving cats. I also grew up under the impression that cats were lower maintenance. To an exceptional extent, I could not have been more wrong. I only realized how high maintenance they can be in terms of health needs over the past couple of years. Nationwide's pet insurance has been a godsend. My cat is happy and healthy and thanks to the interventions of his veterinarian becoming less of financial strain in terms of his health needs. However, had I not had Nationwide behind me, it's hard to know how I would have wrestled with meeting his needs and managing a very small budget (I'm a graduate student). Thanks Nationwide!

We had another dog who thankfully never had problems till a couple of years before she passed. She had to have surgeries around 12 years old. A few years after she passed we decided to get another dog. We decided to get insurance for her just in case so we'd be prepared. We've had to use the insurance several times and our dog is only 3. We get reimbursed quickly. Thank you Nationwide !

Love having nationwide. Great Danes are subject to injury because of their size. I am so much less stressed financially having pet insurance.
