Here is the plain truth. My dog would be DEAD right now if it weren't for Trupanion. The coverage I got made it possible for me to do everything I could to save my dog from cutaneous lymphoma. He was given six months to live, and we were planning for the worst. If I had to handle the whole bill, I would have been out THOUSADNS of dollars. The fact that I could try every possible treatment, without worrying about money, meant that today (six and half months later) I have my beautiful baby boy back and in remission!! he is acting like a puppy again. I am treasuring everyday I have with him and I owe it all to my vet and Trupanion!

To reiterate, after more than 15 years with this company, insuring multiple pets at a time, just having major insurance for unexpected and expensive illnesses, it is very comforting. Sometimes we have to do more correspondence than on other issues, but altogether, we feel “covered.”

We have needed to use our NW pet insurance twice for expensive surgery on two different dogs. So glad we had it. It's also great for the dental cleanings and coverage for other healthy check up items.

My claims are easy to file with the prefilled claim form and I always receive the payments in a timely mannr.

We like the fact that we are reimbursed 90% once the deductible is met.

Not everyone has the means for pet insurance but, your representative was extremely helpful, well-informed, and clearly passionate about the company.
