SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!
Do not choose Fetch for your pet insurance. They deny everything! My vets even sent letters disagreeing with them denting my claims and they still would not cover what their policy states., horrible company

Good Insurance
I got this insurance in case of something unexpected. I didn't expect to actually use this insurance for such a young dog but my 2-year-old Corgi ended up with multiple bouts of Colitis and we are still searching for the cause. Healthy Paws has reimbursed quickly and has been super easy to work with. I'm so glad I elected to go with them when I got our Corgi. I don't worry about the vet bills so much now that I know they reimburse quickly and easily.

Bad attention and no good communication with veterinary
My pet Cala, had intestinal diarrhea. The Veterinary said high and clear that you guys will cover the expenses of his treatment 100%.
Since she had it last January we did the claim but your answer always was negative.
I'm quite tired and disappointed and I feel scammed and cheated... I have been paying the insurance every month and also my cat's sickness.
I will leave a google review also to allowed everyone know that you are not a reliable company... Thanks

Nationwide
Nationwide has been great insurance but but the price keeps going up. With 3 dogs getting older it is getting expensive.

Very disappointed. My monthly fee is going up from 55$ to 90$!!
Very disappointed. I'm in my first year. I took out the insurance when my pet was a baby and I trusted the advertising that they wouldn't make absurd increases. But I've just received an email informing me that my monthly fee is going up from 55$ to 90$. This is complete nonsense, a lack of sense. It's almost double the amount for a pet that's a year and a bit old. Imagine when it's 8, 9 years old. Prepare your pockets, friends. When I called customer service, they told me that they had studied my pet's breed and had to change the price. If they hadn't done this before, do I have to pay? I don't even know if an increase of this level is legally possible, but I'm going to do some research to make sure they're not infringing on my rights as a consumer.

Dental Procedure Costs
My dog had dental X-Rays in January 2023. Ended up having 2 additional teeth removed (my dog never had a set of X-Rays taken and due 1 tooth falling out unexpectedly my vet recommended the X-Rays). I feel that ALL PET OWNERS SHOULD HAVE PET INSURANCE. Yes it is 1 more bill to pay each month; however, if your pet needs a surgery/procedure done that is costly, the pet insurance will help big time! The dental procedure for my dog without insurance to help me out would have been a little over $1,300.00 out of my own pocket! Who has money like that just sitting around??? With Nationwide Insurance, I pay my monthly premium (premium amount depends on the dog age and general health), after the $250 deductible is paid, Nationwide Pet will pay 90% of the claim and the owner only pays 10% of the claim. With my pet insurance through Nationwide Pet, I was able to afford to have my dog have dental X-Rays, plus have 2 bad teeth pulled out.

Awful!
I had insurance for years without a claim. Last month, my credit card on file had a new expiration date and did not go through. My policy was canceled. I was told they emailed me (I searched my email account and only an email from 2 years prior came up), and mailed me - which I did not receive, I called to get it reinstated and they won't do it. My dog is now 6 years old and they can't even create a new policy. Awful!

Awful felonious company
The hidden way that 10% is applied to the deductible effectively profiting Trupanion and making the deductible higher while also intentionally taking claims out of order so they pay less is morally, ethically wrong and this is an awful company. Do not use them.
