When I had questions about how to file a wellness claim, I was helped by amazing nice and friendly customer service, and they followed up by sending me a claims form (though I did not request it since I had one from a prior email). My claim was processed super quickly with no problems. I love you guys!!!

Trupanion's claims submission has been so easy to work with and their response has been so fast. We received a reimbursement check yesterday for a claim that was submitted just last week. We nearly lost our 2 year old daschund to Persin Poisoning a few weeks ago. Persin is located in the skin of an Avocoado, and like many Southern California families, we have an Avocado tree in our yard.I have never had Pet Insurance for my previous dogs, but thought about it when we bought our Lucy. It was a new experience to file a claim with my Vet. Healthy Paws was WONDERFUL. They kept me informated of the status of processing the claim, and I had reimbursement checks in my hand with a week after filing. This was very much appreciated as I used that money to thave the Avocado removed from our yard. Healthy Paws was fantastic!

Doc, our 1 year old Lab mix, had an unfortunate play injury...he jumped off the couch and injured his superficial digital flexor tendon. We are so glad we had gotten Trupanion after seeing a flyer at our vet. Doc's injury required orthopedic surgery, which was pretty expensive. We were so thrilled with Trupanion for coming through on their promise and taking care of 90% of the cost of the entire injury from the first appointment to the final check up. The claim was handled in a very timely fashion and the one time I called in the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you Trupanion. I am recommending you to all of my friends and family!

Our Doxie recently required surgery, and it was the first claim we ever filed. We couldn't have asked for better customer service! The staff at Embrace answered all our questions in such a committed way. In fact, when we had an opportunity to have surgery sooner rather than later, they responded to our request for pre-certification within a one-day notice! Their communication in connection with our claim was superb, and our reimbursement came within a week. For such a difficult time, they made the situation easier. I have recommended insuring furry friends through Embrace to others. Our dog received the best care possible, thanks to Embrace! It was an excellent experience.

Every time my vet turns in another claim on my wild woman female 5 year old sweet but crazy hunting dog, I am so afraid that Embrace will cancel me! But they never do. She seems to be accident prone as she is into everything and comes out with skin tears and punctures and cactus spines (and yes even a skunk) and since every thing she comes across goes into her stomach, something concerning that will undoubtedly come up! Embrace has covered all of these things - I am very pleased. It is comforting to know that we are covered should anything serious (very expensive) happen.
