All the way thru to the end!
Our Golden Retriever lived well past his 15th birthday, almost to 16. In his last year or so, there were many trips to the vet, but we never had to worry about whether we could afford to keep him. ASPCA insurance always paid a reasonable portion of the bill, right up to his final day when the vet came to the house and we all said "Goodbye". It was a very sad time, but at least not a traumatic one with respect to budget issues.

Excellent pet insurance!
I'm so thankful for Healthy Paws. I did a lot of research before I found them and can't be more happy. My sweet little Papillon broke her leg May 5, and the surgery was the next day. They were so easy to work with, and even did footwork for me, by contacting my vet for more information. The response was QUICK! Not only that, but the staff is kind and compassionate, sending me emails asking how my baby and I are doing. I definitely recommend them and I'm not easy to please! Thank you to the staff at Healthy Paws for being there for us!

Very happy
After my heart dog Daisy was diagnosed with lymphoma in February 2013 we decided to insure our 2 border collies Bolt and Dash. I did a lot of research and settled with Embrace. Unfortunately we lost Daisy after just 2 months of trying to fight the lymphoma with chemo as she has a very aggressive form and we are just heartbroken. Naturally we are worried about our other dogs. Bolt was due for his well visit and I took him in the week after Daisy died. We ran a complete wellness exam on him as well as complete baseline bloodwork which shows he is a perfectly healthy 3 year old border collie. I just got the email today from the Embrace claims department that I will be reimbursed 100% for that visit. This puts my mind at ease to know that someone else cares about the health of my dogs. I still have one more dog to insure and plan to be adding her to the plan soon.

Best.Service.Ever!
My dog, Ruger, got into a little bit of trouble after injesting a seed pod from a Chinaberry tree, which is poisonous. He was suffering from gastroentritis and dehydration, for which he needed to be hospitalized overnight for IV fluids. The claims process for his initial hospitalization and follow up medications and visits have been nothing short of remarkable. I received immediate notification that his claims were received, and the reimbursement checks were in my mailbox less than 2 weeks from the initial filing date. When I received the explanation of benefits for his claims, I was very happy to see that Healthy Paws delivered on all fronts - I was reimbursed for 90% of my costs after the yearly deductible and exam fees were paid. There was no fine print, hidden non-covered services that popped up (like they did with a previous pet insurance company that I had dealt with in the past). It is so refreshing to deal with a company who deivers on their promises and has excellent customer service. I have recommended Healthy Paws to every pet owner I know! Human insurance compannies should be so efficient!

Love Tham
I have two rescue kitties both of whom I’ve had since they were very little. One was found near a dumpster the other was from the pound. They are now just over one year old.
They’ve both had rescue kitty issues, upper respiratory infection stuff, eye stuff etc.
My girl cat has had uveitis twice and had an allergic reaction to the sutures when she was spade, both had upper respiratory infections when they were very young, the boy currently has a UTI, which we are treating seriously as it can be deadly for boy cats.
We are what I would class as co-dependent pet parents. If they are sick they go to the vet and I don’t care what it costs….however my bank account does.
Pet’s Best has been awesome. The claim form is super easy and I’ve had no issues with reimbursements. They are quick and very helpful.
We came but pet insurance after a devastating loss of a beloved cat, which left us with a heart full of grief and very large credit card bill. Our last cat that lived for 14 years had pet insurance her entire life and we never needed it but I don’t regret the cost. The comfort of knowing we would never have to take cost into consideration when it came to treatment she might need was worth it.
I highly recommend this company and would NEVER have another pet without pet insurance.

Very Happy Pet Owner!
After an acute knee injury, we were devastated when we learned that our crazy 2 year old yellow lab 'Rosie" was going to need surgery to repair a cruciate ligament and meniscus tear.
Submitting the claim forms with Pets Best was simple and effortless. I submitted claims using both the Pet's Best online customer service option and also via email. I called the Pets Best Customer service team and not only did I actually speak to a representative but they were kind, friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions.
Communications from Pets Best informing me of the progress of my claim was quick and efficient. My veterinarian received payment much sooner than we expected!
I had evaluated several pet insurance options before selecting Pets Best. Pets Best has definitely proven to be everything and more than I expected both with pricing and coverage. I would highly recommend Pets Best Insurance.

Took awhile
My dog had a broken toenail which happened while I was away. I submitted my claim march 30,2013 for a 17.00 fee from the vet to remove the dangling toenail. It was a simple injury claim. It took until may 13,2013 for embrace to say it was covered. Seemed a little long to me.

Stress Remover!!
My dog had a sock obstruction and required emergency surgery at 2am on a Sunday morning. As stressful as the situation was, it was a relief to know that I had insurance to help with the upcoming bill.
What I was unsure of, however, was how well the claim would be handled, as I had never used the insurance before.
I can happily say, that the service I received from Pet's Best far exceeded my expectations. They have a customer for life!!

An extremely efficient organization.
I recently had my 18 month old Hananese neutered. I was particularly impressed with the speed in which my claim was handled along with the follow-up emails from the Embrace staff checking on my pups health after his surgery and keeping me up to date with the progress of my claim.
