But after my vet contacted them through their appeals process, they were more than cooperative. My dog is now up and running again. Reimbursement for services was prompt, as was communication. However, Embrace Pet Insurance was not satisfied with how the vet filled in the orthopedic exam, and now I am going back and forth with the vet and Embrace. I believe that in the end, insurance companies will do what they can to get out of paying a premium, and perhaps Embrace is no different then the rest of them. Time shall tell.

Claims processing is quick and easy. I think what I like the most is how every time I call the representatives ask how my Lab is doing and seem to genuinely care about her care and well being.

Our beautiful Pippin recently passed away, & "Robin", one of Pets Best's supervisors, personally handled my final claim to help me with a glitch in the last vet bill I received. She said, "The last thing you need right now is something else to deal with." I so appreciate her compassion & the great experience I've ALWAYS had with PetsBest.

I have an English Bulldog and have had several illness visits. Embrace has been very helpful. After meeting my deductible (like many adult health plans are becoming) the reimbursement process is quick and easy and my check comes in the meal not even 2 weeks after the visit. I have not had ONE problem or any disappointment working with embrace! Would recommend to everyone!

Healthy Paws pet insurance processed the claim the same day I submitted it and the check arrived at my house two days later. The companies service is amazing. They also sent follow up emails checking on Teddy and his ear. Love the company. Cannot say enough about how great they are. Just simply, thank you Healthy Paws.

So far I have not needed to use the ASPCA Insurance for my dog but I am very grateful to be able to have health insurance coverage for her. I have her on the level 2 coverage for emergencies and hospitalization, I hope that I will never need to use the insurance but glad that I have it. I know that ASPCA has helped many people cover the expenses that they had for a pet in an emergency even my friend who lost her loving pet, ASPCA was there to help her in her time of need. I think that ASPCA is the best choice for pet health insurance and hope that they keep up the good work that they do.

...money. I believe I'm breaking even to date on my dog's ASPCA Insurance. Having said that, I worry less about outstanding bills for Marco.
