all went according to contract!!
My puppy had an emergency (neck abcess/fever/compromised airway) requiring emergency vet hospital admission, meds and surgery. And the charges in this area are HIGH....and the post-op medications were EXPENSIVE...and Embrace paid accoring to contract, all correspondence was clear and professional, payment was received quickly after I got the paper work to them...I was amazed! Have had Embrace for 5 other dogs for 1 1/2 yrs, with no claims...well worth it!

DON'T BUY INTO THIS!
I had this Insurance for my two kittens. The very first time I filed a claim for the small amount of $60.00 I received an Email from Pets Best that I didn't fax over the claim properly. The customer service rep. told me all the documents were filled out properly but the corner of the receipt and the Dr.Diagnosis was overlapping.I was looking at my copy when she was explaining this to me,and you could clearly see everything that needed to be seen.I needed to resend every thing this time by mail.I get a notice after I mailed itstating they are closing the claim out.I call again stating its been 2 weeks. The Rep. tells me when they receive the paper work in the mail Pets BEST will reopen the claim and pay it.I then receive a notice two days later stating that Pets Best can not pay for the service as for the Dr. needed to give an ideamized invoice not check marks next to the break down to as what exactly the Vet. did in the examination.I called again and told them Pets Best had every thing they needed to pay this claim.Pets Best had a claim form filled out properly, they had a copy of payment, they had a itamized invoice by the Vet with a Diagnosis and the treatment plan.I ask that Pets BEST please cancell my plan. They did so the next day and withdrew money out of my Bank Account.I am so shocked and very disappointed with Pets Best Insurance.I was really hoping this would work out. Please think twice about using this Insurance. My first claim for $60.00 which means PETS BEST would have

Fast Reimbursement
Last year we lost both of our dogs (10 and 15 years old). After dealing with VPI Pet insurance, which they both had all of their lives, I swore I would never insure another pet with them. When we got our new puppy in January, I searched for a better pet insurance company. I found Embrace and have been very happy with them. The reimbursement process is quick and simple. I love the direct deposit option. We are planning on getting another puppy and will definitely insure her with Embrace.

I'll never be without Pets Best
My 7 month old Italian Greyhound, Niles, developed meningitis suddenly. My local rural vet did not have the diagnostic tools to figure out what was wrong with him. His pain was intense and increasing. I was able to take him to a Specialty Hospital to get the care he needed because I had Pets Best Insurance. He is now on the mend, and my finances are not a wreck. I cannot thank Pets Best enough for their prompt service and compassion. I will never be without Pets Best Insurance again.

Glad that I found this.
I have had no problem collecting on my wellness claims. The only thing I wish is I had to do a special test on one of my dogs and they wouldn't cover it. Other then that I have no complaints about this company.

Fracture Radius
Our 5 month old puppy broke his leg running up deck stairs, and we had to get him to a vet for a review and casting. We were out of town when he had this accident, and Trupanion was great with understanding the multiple vet visits. They were fast on contacting us upon receiving, processing, and accepting the claims. Poor pup! He's been so good and on the way to recovery not needing surgery yay. Thank you!

Pennies and cents reimbursables
they try everything not to pay up and adding insult to injury, they will reimburse you pennies and cents against your claim. they wont pay up for an annual check up. a clean bill of health was favourable to them, which means they can continue to take my money knowing fully well that i wont hit them with a big bill in the future, their profit, my loss!
