Disappointed by ASPCA
ASPCA refused to cover an eleven dollar charge for arthritis medicine because my dog had had similar medicine prescribed for arthritis about 1 year ago. Because the arthritis "was not cured by the medication" even though she required no medication for the condition for a full year,the ASPCA phone agent stated that ASPCA was not responsible for paying for more medicine for the lifetime of the policy. I feel that I was nickel and dimed (11 dolars!) considering I pay almost 650 dollars in premiums/year for my 13 year old dog. I am disappointed that a reputable organization like ASPCA would stoop to such tactics.

Coverage that makes a difference.
Our 10-year-old yellow lab required keratectomy surgery to repair a non-healing corneal ulcer. The staff at ASPCA were extremely kind and helpful in guiding me through the claim process. Our coverage proved to be exactly as it was described in our policy and reimbursement for covered expenses was issued promptly. This was the first claim we have ever had to file and each time I called for direction on the necessary forms and receipts, I was treated with calm professionalism and genuine concern. Illness and injury to our beloved pets can turn our hearts inside out and we are profoundly grateful that our situation was resolved in health and happiness. ASPCA staff cannot control these medical outcomes, but they provide their customers with the ability to make a difference in the quality and duration of our pets lives.

Outstanding
I had never had pet insurance before, and it was recommend that because I was going to be caring for so many cats that I get Insurance. From the first person I spoke with I was made to feel like we were all in this together. That Trupanion care for my pets as much as I did. I have to doubt that I have made the right dissuasion. Thanks to Trupanion my family feels safe knowing that help will be there if needed .

Healthy Paws. People who care & give GREAT service
My year old female Chug.
My Wife and I are very surprise and pleased with Healthy Paws Insurance.
When reviewing for a pet insurance for Sandy, we were a little skeptical in getting insurance for her.
We herd some horror stories about people and their pet insurance not covering.
After all the positive reviews from Healthy Paws, we are so happy to be on-board with you guys.
I’m hoping she doesn’t get sick again, but we are very happy to know that we can afford to get her help if and when she needs it.
Well worth the price and piece of mind.

Pets Best has always come through for me!
I have called three times over the last two years for two separate dogs. Claims were submitted at different times for each one. I am more than pleased with their employees, the care and concern that is evident via a phone conversation. The two claims that were submitted were processed quickly and efficiently. I have told other dog loving friends that they must get insurance for their pets if they don't already have it. Pets best is the way to go!

Willing to Listen
Our claim for a skin biopsy was turned down. I was told it was a pre-existing condition which is was not. My vet's assistant was the one who contacted Embrace and after a few discussions and proper documentation from the vet, the decision was reversed and my claim was covered. I am glad to know that there are people willing to listen and understand different circumstances where our pets are concerned. I received my check a few days after I received an e-mail stating that they were paying my claim.

Happy with Embrace
I've used the Wellness Plan for both of my Border Collies and have gotten 100% reimbursement for all of my claims submitted. The payment is quick too. I have had nothing but positive experiences so far with Embrace, great customer service. There is always a "live" person to talk to when you call with a question and they always know the answer. Thanks for keeping my babies safe.

Professional Customer Service Staff
