I called in because I needed help getting started on submitting a claim. Thanks to Pets Best great customer service, one phone call was all it took to have all my questions answered and my confidence in the process secured.

My six year old greyhound injured herself while playing and had a large wound on her hip that required surgery to repair. However I was very excited to be able to apply Twix's new Trupanion policy towards her procedure. It was a great experience! They paid for 90% of her repair within a week I was reimbursed! Wow!

Our puppy became ill and required an emergency visit leading to overnight hospitalization for care. The entire ordeal was obviously very stressful for us, but fortunately our pup made a full recovery. With all the stress related to the illness, we am happy to say that the insurance claim process with Healthy Paws was entirely stress-free. We filed our claim on a Sunday night, received confirmation that our claim was received, processed, and approved on Monday (with detailed explanation of what was covered), and received a check reimbursing costs by the end of the week. The entire process was quick and efficient. Healthy Paws even followed up afterward to see how our puppy was doing, which was appreciated. We are very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Healthy Paws to others considering pet insurance.

For the past 4 years I have always submitted my claims via mail, then waited up to 10 days for my check. This last time I decided to file my claim electronically, and I was quite surprised at how "user friendly" their process is. I also signed up for electronic transfer directly into my bank account. Now instead of receiving my refund in a week to 10 days, I received it within 48-72 hours.

Several years ago, I used another insurance company. They were paying less and less. Pets Best Insurance has been brilliant! Very clear. Easy to understand. I filed the most recent claim for my dog's surgery and within 3 days it was done! With direct deposit, I got the funds quickly.

Embrace has become even faster to address claims. They provide a complete explanation of their policy along with an itemized EOB. My wellness claim for Pancho's annual physical was paid in full. This is even better than my personal health insurance.
