I have called three times over the last two years for two separate dogs. Claims were submitted at different times for each one. Our claim for a skin biopsy was turned down. I was told it was a pre-existing condition which is was not. My vet's assistant was the one who contacted Embrace and after a few discussions and proper documentation from the vet, the decision was reversed and my claim was covered.
