Customer service that went above and beyond for me

We had to get emergency care for our cat that amounted to more than a $1000 charge from the vet. We faxed the claim to Pets Best and called to make sure they received it. Bryn went above and beyond what I would have expected to verify that they had received it and she was very understanding and more than helpful during the entire process. I really appreciated the extra effort she put in to helping me.

Complete satisfaction from a company that cares.

This is our first experience dealing with pet insurance and we could not be more satisfied. The coverage is excellent. The response to our request was prompt, polite and smoothly facilitated. Jeeves, our dog, also received follow up letters of concern and inquiry about his health. It is refreshing to deal with a company that truly delivers what it says it will and with true compassion and efficiency.

Reliable, EASY Pet Insurance

Honestly, dealing with a sick/injured pet is SO stressful the last thin one wants to worry about is cost. Our dog, Danny, came into the house sneezing blood a couple weekends ago. We rushed him to the vet and, lo and behold, Danny had inhaled a HUGE foxtail. Submitting our first claim with Healthy Paws was a breeze and they got our reimbursement check to us incredibly fast. I would recommend this company to anyone with a pet. Awesome customer service... I wish my own health insurance were this easy!!

Great Service

Embrace has provided great coverage for a very reasonable price. The most remarkable part is their clear prompt processing of claims and the timely explanation of coverages. Truly a remarkable level of personal care and attention in today's impersonal insurance world. A great value.

Vet Recommended

My little dog Maisie is my pride and joy. Everyday I come home from school she is the first to greet me and always with a wag in her tail. She is more than a dog to me she is my baby and I only want the best for her. That is why when my vet recommended Pets Best I bought the best policy I could.

I Love Pets Best!

Saffy had been having a recurring digestive issue for a couple of years and no one could figure out what was wrong. After spending $1500 to figure it out, she was finally diagnosed with Addison's Disease which is totally treatable! Brad was amazingly helpful with my claim. There was some miscommunication between my vet and Pets Best receiving the correct invoice that they needed. Brad got into direct with my vet and solved the problem. I had my money back within two days of the problem being solved! It was amazing. I love Pets Best!

Outstanding Customer Service

My cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and my vet recommended treatment that was going to cost more than $1100. I certainly couldn't afford this and I was so happy when I called the people at Pet Best Insurance when they told me that they would cover most of cost of the treatment. The customer service at Pet Best is always outstanding and I can't thank them enough!

LOVE THEM!

It's very hard to find a company with great customer service but I'm glad I did! :) It was very easy to sign up online, and a representative contacted me right away. Now I was a little nervous getting Pet Insurance because I didn't think it was very important. At the same time I love my puppy Marlo like my child and so I decided to get it. & THANK GOODNESS I DID! My puppy ended up breaking his leg and needing surgery just a few days after I got his Orthopedic Exam. We were referred to Sage Vet Clinic (known as one of the best)for his surgery and they asked us right away if we had pet insurance. We told them we had and EMBRACE and with relief they told us they were one of the best! Hearing this from one of the Vets definitely made us feel like were with the right company! :) I called Embrace thinking it would take forever to speak with someone but I was talking with a representative within minutes!! He was very informative and answered all my questions and guided me step by step. I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance!!

It's a comfort and there when you need it.

My dog family member has needed the insurance four times in her 8 years of life. Though difficult to pay a monthly fee when not needed, it is comforting to know help is there when things happen.

Quick and Positive but not always accurate

Embrace staff are friendly and communicative, and their messages to me are timely, their replies to my questions and claims quick. However, they lost all the paperwork for a claim that was both mailed and faxed to them. If I had not asked one simple question that claim would never have been processed. They also confused the information I sent regarding my vet and requested information from vets I have never been to, heard of or communicated with. However once again their response was quick, friendly and professional. It seem to be all straightened out now and I am glad as I enjoy doing business with them overall.
