Pets Best is an affordable way to give me the peace of mind that I need as a pet parent. Sally is my four legged child. I hope that we never have to file a claim but insurance is for the unexpected and these guys provide more comfort than anyone else I reasearched.

Megan Isom really helped me this week by clearly explaining what's required for pre-certification for procedures my cat may need tomorrow, providing the pre-certification form quickly, following up with the vet when I wasn't able to obtain the necessary information from them, and turning around the completed pre-certification within hours. She also called me to make sure I understood the process and was compassionate. My kitty is being examined for cancer, and I was able to get pre-certification for an expensive procedure that may occur over the weekend. What I can't stress enough is that Megan was both compassionate and fast - and the coverage is available. Thank you!

After leaving the Vet field after 10 years, I needed to buy insurance for my pets. I chose Pet's Best as my insurance carrier for my Pets in 2007 over all other providers.. I have been extremely satisfied with their timely response to any claims made, they are courteous, and genuinely concerned about my pets. Great company--quick and fair payment. Covers alot

Two years ago, my employer decided to offer a group rate for Pet Insurance. Human Resources researched multiple pet insurance companies extensively and chose Healthy Paws. Opting to invest in Pet Insurance was one of the best decisions I have made. And I am extremely grateful that Healthy Paws was the insurance company that my employer offered. Since that time, my golden retriever has had to undergo multiple testing at different veterinary hospitals and bills have added up. Fortunately, we have Healthy Paws!! I have literally sent thousands of dollars of bills from multiple providers and have received emails the same day to inform me that claims were being processed, and received reimbursement in record time!!! I do recommend Healthy Paws to other owners I have met in the waiting rooms at Veterinary Hospitals, as well as to anyone who owns a pet!!It puts my mind at ease knowing that I will be able to afford the best treatment for my golden, knowing that I will get most of the money reimbursed. I will not have to make a difficult decision because I cannot afford treatment for her! And their customer service could not be more impressive!!!
