Nationwide is super simple to file a claim on line. And they pay the claims in a very speedy time.

My dog was not feeling well after I returned to work and it was time for her annual checkup. I made the appointment and filed the claim. The claim form was short and easy to follow. I had my check in about a week. That was so fast and easy! Thanks!

We are very thankful

Very pricey insurance, and we struggle every year whether to maintain the coverage. But so far, we continue to see the value in having the coverage.

My dog has a very sensitive stomach and is on a prescription food. She can go weeks and be perfectly fine, and then suddenly, we are in the ER for pancreatitis or something almost as bad. It's always a dramatic change, and it's extremely stressful because we can't always pinpoint what happened. But having pet insurance has made a huge difference, and Healthy Paws has responded quickly to every claim. I can take a photo of the receipt with the itemized lists of treatment/tests, and I usually just upload from the car before we even leave the office. In the three years we've had our dog, we've *always* met the yearly deductible and monthly fee, so she's clearly a dog who needs insurance. :) Healthy Paws has given us the ability to care for her quickly and without worrying too much about costs.

My aging cats are healthy (they are brother and sister). I have their teeth cleaned annually. Cleo, the female, required extractions and then one area became infected. Our vet at VCA is so great and gave me options for what we could do. I opted for the antibiotic injection so we would not have another round of anesthesia. The antibiotic worked and she is back to her old cantankerous self. It was very helpful to have the insurance pick up the expense from the extractions and the antibiotic.

I have a claim outstanding now for over a months in excess of $300. Shiloh has a full coverage policy. What is taking so long?
