Cancer - they saved his life!
I've had three dogs insured by them. One was diagnosed with cancer in 2020, and without healthy paws pet insurance I would nto have been able to afford the treatments. They saved his life (and mine!).

Claim processing
Please be aware that this Metlife pet nsurance will not cover anything without veterinarian's notes. My veterinarian who treated my dog,works hard and efficiently to treat sick animals,not to concoct paperwork. I had all rpaid receipts from the office visit,biopsy results stating that my dog has infection and a paid receipt for antibiotics. All this was not good enough for processing claim. Buyer,beware. Metlife insurance is looking for any possible excuse which will give them a chance NOT TO REIMBURSE.

Good insurance
My dog developed Addison’s disease three years after getting him at 8 weeks. Pet’s Best has covered his prednisone and glucocorticoid monthly shots and it has been a very helpful role on their policy . My only complaint is that before I got the Pet’s Bed policy my pet got a right ear infection . This was not covered . However , since getting the policy my pet has had a left ear infection and they will not cover the left ear infection even though it came after the policy was obtained and in effect . Otherwise they have been very good .

Perfectly Easy
I submitted a claim for the first time through the app system, it was super easy and fast. the staff was in contact with me right away and they processed the claim at record speed. i am super pleased and now plan to up my coverage. highly recommend.

Met Life outstanding experience
I have three small dogs. I did a lot of research when deciding an insurance company to go with..
this company has been outstanding from day, one from ease of use of app to speaking with customer service to filing claims to reimbursement.

Very good pet insurance
Picked up Healthy Paws right after we got our dog. The website is easy, information is very clear, the coverage is accurate, and reimbursements are quick. Never had an issue after about 15 claims.

Best Pet Insurance
My cousin recommended Pets Best. My Riley was under 1 years old when I looked into the insurance and was comfortable with the the options and coverage. Thank goodness that I had pet insurance because unfortunately I did have to process some claims for surgery and long term hydrotherapy. The claim process and reimbursement was easy to follow and quick to expedite.
You have insurance for loved one so there's no reason why your furbaby shouldn't be covered as well. Pets Best is FANTASTIC and highly recommend to all fur parents.
