Suggestions for improvement
Would be a "10" if it were not for the high deductibles and the fact that servicing claims depends more on the quality of the vets office staff than on Trupanion.

Everyone we've dealt with has been friendly and helpful. When the bill is submitted to you the portion you pay is taken care of almost immediately. The premiums may seem a lot to some but I can attest to the fact that you'll be glad you paid them when an emergency arises
