Happy that I have Nationwide!
I couldn't be happier with Nationwide for my dog. Although my calls with their customer service representatives were a little 'eh' but not bad, it was really easy to submit a claim and it was processed really quickly! I think providing more information on how to submit a claim via the app would have been helpful over the phone. I just ended up submitting it via email since I didn't feel like making another phone call. Overall, good service and great coverage!

Every time I have had a claim either, between 80-100% was reimbursed within 2 weeks.

Thank Goodness for Nationwide!
Getting our pup insured has allowed us to be able to provide the best care for her without having to fear that we will go broke in doing so. So happy and grateful to have insured her with Nationwide!

Use phone pics for claim and stop duplicate premium billing
I would like to see common technology used (mobile phones with cameras) to submit claims.
Also I was recently billed twice for my monthly premium. This happened in the same week and I asked customer service to correct it. Instead of reversing the duplicate charge they said they would not bill me the next month. This is not acceptable as I’m on auto monthly billing. I had to then dispute the duplicate change since it was not corrected.

Best product you could get for your pet. it takes the worry out of any emergency that may happen and helps with the yearly check ups. Worth every penny.
