I am so glad I got Pet Insurance!! We brought home 2 mini Australian Shepherd (American Shepherds) about 3 years ago. Very healthy, active pups! My male started to have some pain in his left leg, hip area. I took him to University of Illinois Clinic and it turns out that he has some congenital abnormalities in his spin. So far Embrace has stepped up and paid claims for his diagnosis and care. This includes an MRI, spinal tap, and various other tests to get a diagnosis, plus medication and follow up visits. We are still in the process of figuring out what can be done to make him more comfortable, and I am so thankful that I got Embrace Insurance, I don't know what we would have done without it.

This is the first time we have surpassed our deductible due to an illness and complications with our dog recently. I am extremely impressed how well the claims process works and the overall turnaround time. Great to have support from Nationwide when unexpected and stressful situations pop up with our dog. My only feedback was timing of processing the claim seemed long. The marketing message and being top rated was based on quick claims processing and I feel like mine took almost 14+ days.

I am so happy I signed up with Figo. You hope you never need to use the insurance but when you do Figo makes it so easy. It is super easy to submit a claim and they process the claims very quickly. They make it very clear what is covered and I have not had to dispute anything.
