Very efficient in paying out claims on time.

Tonto the wonder dog!

Nationwide has been very fair in its coverage of Tonto's medical costs. He has had all kinds of problems, but Nationwide has hung in there with us. Tonto is a fighter and is now bouncing around the house like a puppy - he is 9 1/2 years old. For better or worse, everyone at our vet knows Tonto and loves him. He is a beautiful spirit and loves, loves, loves everyone.

Excellent service

I have always had excellent service with Pets Best Insurance and would recommend them to anyone with a pet. The most recent claim was for emergency treatment of a scorpion sting on 12/6/18, Very painful for Jackie and worrying for me. However she was treated and recovered. my claim was dealt with promptly and fairly.

Very Happy With our Service

We are very happy with our Nationwide insurance for Tacky. The only criticism we have is the amount of time it takes to process claims. It seems to take 4 weeks or longer to process and get our payment. Also we can not seem to be able to send claims through the VitusVet app as you are not able to read what we send. It is easy to send in claims via e-mail so that it what we do. It is very convenient to get our payment directly into a bank account.

Glad to have your insurance

Grover, normally a happy and healthy boy, has had unexpected health issues these last 6-7 months. Thanks to Nationwide Insurance, my first worry can be getting him cared for by his doctor, instead of worrying about weighing the cost vs treatment first ... something no pet parent should ever have to do. Additionally, the customer service team at Nationwide is exceptional. They address my questions in a clear, brief, and courteous manner, making me feel relieved after each call. Human insurance companies could take a big lesson from the insurance coverage and customer care that Nationwide provides its pet parents. Thank you!

My vet office submitted my claim and got a response right away that my claim was recieved and was being processed. I was able to track the process along the way. It has really been very helpful and I glad I have insurance for my dogs

The claim was paid fairly but the processing time is slow

This is a good company and they pay fairly but it should not take over a month to process a claim
