We were having such a rough time after our little one was attacked, the moment i spoke to trupanion they assured me everything will be ok. The process was so easy and they sent nice emails throughout the process and checked in on how our Taj was doing. Thank you for being so Awesome!!!!!!

Embrace offers uncomplicated, carefully explained, simple to understand pet insurance. It delivers what it offers with the added component of a very friendly, knowledgeable phone staff. All claims quickly addressed for about 4 or 5 years now. Just sorry I didn't know about Embrace sooner.

We were given a free trial for our 8 week old puppy and a week later had a claim of a little under $10,000 yes you read that right!! Gracie had a terrible fall and broke both her front legs we were devistated as we hadn't even made our first payment yet, but they covered her as promised 90% upfront no questions asked. Since our little Gracie's first claim we have had almost $15,000 more in claims follwing her accident and trupanion have come through each and every time. I don't hesitate or worry about taking her to the vet and what it will cost cause i have Trupanion i know I can rely on them!!

I recently enrolled our two Silky "Terrorists" in Embrace's Wellness and Accident/Illness Plans after my previous insurer (Purina) exited the business. I found the enrollment process to be straight forward and easy and the communication with Embrace to be excellent. Subsequently, I took advantage of the Wellness Plan to have both dogs' teeth cleaned and was delighted to receive full reimbursement with 10 days of submitting my claim. I have been impressed by the efficiency of the claim submittal and review process, and the personal touch that the "Embracer's" extend in communicating with clients. Virtually all business is conducted electronically and Embrace really emphasizes keeping the client up to date on the status of claims. I purchased a high deductible policy to protect against the expense of catastrophic injury or illness, and I hope I never need the coverage. If, however, I do need it, my experience with Embrace thus far would suggest that the company will fair and responsive. The monthly e-mail news letter is also a great feature which I share with friends. Embrace, keep up the good work and try to maintain a personal touch as your business grows, as I believe it will.

Healthy Paws deserves the most enthusiastic 10 rating I can give. I did quite a bit of research involving pet insurance before settling on Healthy Paws. Several articles I read about pet insurance suggested this was the most reputable company out there, however a small one. A personal conversation with the owner of the company settled all my worries about it being a smaller company, (they have a significant underwriter among other strengths). We signed up for the 90% coverage when our pure-bred was roughly three months old. We are SO grateful that we were proactive with this because about half a year later, he developed a series of ear, eye and skin infections. Each time, we had to take him in, get treatment, and the little guy was practically living in an Elizabethan collar. We finally realized there was likely a larger problem and switched vets upon further research. The new vet informed us that our dog was likely suffering from allergies. Who knew that so many infections could be the result of allergies? So we got our pup a blood allergy test and had him put on his first serums at that time. Healthy Paws covered 90% of the test and treatment, minus the office visit and $100 deductible. The first claim took about a week. But every claim since has been only a few days. Our pup was great for another year and a half, until we moved to a new house where the infections flared up again, this time with more severity.
