I've had Healthy Paws insurance on Kaiya, my Shiba Inu, since she was two years old, and she's now five and a half. She had a tooth pulled shortly after we enrolled, and she's now in the process of rehabbing from a torn ACL. Healthy Paws has been awesome from start to finish. Not only do they cover her physical therapy and hydrotherapy on top of the surgery, they reimburse me in days, keep me apprised of my claim status in the interim and even check in to see how Kaiya's doing. I can't tell you how wonderful it felt when I met with my vet after her injury to be able to say "Whatever she needs, do it," knowing she was covered. I was beyond strssed about her health, and it was such a relief to know I could get her the care she needed without also stressing about money. Any dog I own from now on will be a Healthy Paws dog.

When my black lab recently had to make a few trips to the vet, I was all over the place trying to figure out what to do for the claim with Embrace. Megan and the Embrace team were AWESOME, and kept me updated entirely through the claim process. She kept things clear and simple, and I was informed from start to finish about what was going on.

Once they received all documents...the experience was great! Had a little trouble with them not receiving the fax in the beginning, but everything turned out very well. They even followed up after the payment was mailed. Also, loved the fast email correspondence, no on phone hold or missed calls. Very glad we signed up!

I did a great deal of reading and comparing before finally deciding to go with Embrace. Glad I did. They have a stellar reputation for customer service. I recently took my dog in for a skin problem and the orthopedic exam. After sending in my claim, I promptly received a courteous email followed in a few days by the reimbursement check. Had no idea it was going to be this easy. If only people insurance were run with the same amount of forthright honesty and courtesy.

Having Trupanion insurance for my current dog has been a God-send. My previous golden retriever died of hemangiosarcoma. Expenses for her treatments and hospital stays were almost $10,000, and I did not have pet insurance for her. It was heart-breaking to lose her almost 2 months after her diagnosis. Thankfully Barnie is in complete remission but still needs to continue with the chemo treatment and follow-up vet visits. I highly recommend Trupanion for all pet owners. One never knows when our beloved pet may become ill or encounter an accident. Having Trupanion insurance sure helps with the payments, provides a peace of mind and comfort for my pet and me to face these unexpected challenges.
