Submitted our 1st wellness claim and it was processed very quickly. Had other pet insurance and they were slow to reimburse (over a month) from submission. Embrace is a very friendly and customer oriented company. Folks so responsive and helpful.

We have been satisfied generally however my dog has been insured with them since birth and the premium keeps going up each year. Also my vet charges are always way more than what they think is customary and reasonable.

Email filing, online claim status tracking, and direct deposit made this a painless process. I received the Wellness reimbursement for our dog within days of sending in the email. Very efficient, great customer service.

Kodi was a very lucky pup. He injested something that he picked up thus causing him to become very lethargic and toxic. Thwe vet checked his vitals and did blood work ascertaining low white blood cells indicating some type of problem. She gave him fluids and liquid charcoal to remove the toxins from his system. When he went to his own vet he rechecked his blood work and his red blood cells were still not where hew wanted them so we are trying to figure out how to get them back up. we are trying to determine if he might have a parasite. As of right now he's holding his own but we will be be doing some more tests next week.

My dog Pixie Dust broke a tooth which became infected Trupanion,then before the surgery to remove the tooth suffered an asthma attack. It was her first one and pixie's vet said it was probably from the Ridge fire affecting air quality.Greatfully she has recovered from both!Trupanion has paid all expenses less my deductible. I am so glad for this great company.

Trupanion always paid their 90% promptly and actually had employees who cared about our dog and her recovery. I am very happy that I have pet insurance through ASPCA. I have a 2 yr old, male, mix breed that has very sensitive skin and a very fragile body. He has been through a lot, from a broken leg to inhaling toxins which caused tremors. Through all of the various problems, I am extremely happy that I had ASPCA. The representative are very friendly and understanding and the overall service that ASPCA provides is outstanding.
