Almost all of us have personal health insurance. Why can't the process and people, that administer OUR health insurance be as caring and helpful as our dogs insurer is?Our registered Therapy Dog, Bentley, is a Cavachon, (Bichon and Cavalier mix) and is almost 4 years old. He was hit with gastro enteritis. After several trips to our vet, we are finally getting the problem under control. After getting all his Vet's records together (3 since he was born) the system worked perfectly. We researched Pet Insurance for a couple of weeks before deciding on Healthy Paws. They are the best!! AS soon as the vets sent the claims in healthy paws processed it that quick. Got my checks in less than a week! They even contacted me via email to see how my little girl was doing ....they also send emails when they receive the claim and give you the breakdown of what was paid and what you will be reimbursed! Such a great company and they really care about your pets!

My French Bulldog celebrated her fifth birthday by acquiring a skin infection around her eye that had not one, not two, but three components (bacteria, yeast and mites). Not surprisingly, this required multiple vet visits and prescriptions. As soon as I started filing claims, Embrace was (as they always have been in the past) prompt and diligent in processing them. I received frequent updates on the status of my claim, including an apology when the processing took longer than they had anticipated, and a full explanation of what my refunds were and why. Our Chocolate Lab, Cosmo had a growth on eye lower right eye lid. We were nervous her having surgery. Our vet did an excellent job on the surgery and you can barely tell she even has stitches on her lower lid. Our vet's office offered to FAX our claim and proof of invoice paid to Pets Best Insurance. Within hours, I called to see if they got the paper work. I was treated very nicely, and Bryn even asked how Cosmo was doing. I am very satisfied with the coverage we have chosen years ago, and love the way the CSR's seem like family. I highly recommend PETS BEST INSURANCE.

We have had Embrace for our two golden retrievers. We appreciate the ease of communication with them, the fast response time, and they cover what they say they will cover. Period. There have been no glitches, and in every email communication we get from them about a claim, they make us feel that they care about our dog and also about the quality of the service they are providing. Two thumbs up! I hope they continue to deliver excellence service. Our dogs are family!
