My dog, Stubbie, is approaching "middle" age so I decided it would be a good time to insure him. He ruptured his CCL about a month after insuring him. We are about 8 weeks out of surgery and I received a reimbursing check weeks ago. It was so fast! Everyone over there was so nice every time I called and they were so efficient with reviewing his claim. Trupanion was very helpful and got back to us within a week and helped us pay for 90% of fees for our dog's medicine and treatment.

Our dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes. So far, all of our claims have been handled professionally, and courteously by Embrace staff. We haven't used up our deductible yet so I can't comment on reimbursement.
